A Star in New Trendy Colours

1.   Make a “rough” template of the three sizes of triangles of the star. Different patterns of paper are cut out using the template, adding a little extra as not all triangles are equally accurate on the star. Remember that half must be mirror imaged.

2.   Pull off the string and insert a flower stick into the hole. For convenience paint the entire star with silver Plus Color paint.

3.   When the paint is dry, paint a few areas individually and sprinkle with silver glitter (sprinkle over a piece of paper, then pour glitter back into the tube).

4.   Other ares are filled in or drawn with a glue pen, eg. squares, dots, etc.

5.   Attach the art and craft foil when the glue is ready and rub firmly. Pull off.

6.   Fit the pieces of paper and glue on using VTR adhesive.

7.   Glue on a ball head pin at the bottom and twist another ball head pin with a prism to form a loop. Assemble.

8.   Glue the silver ribbon to form a point and glue it in place in the hole.
