Lovely glass bowls with glass frosted water based paint and decoupage.

1 First glue the cake napkins onto the outside base of the bowl using decoupage glue lacquer for glass. Then dab on the glass frosted water based paint (also on the outside of the bowl). If you wish to make the cake napkins appear white, then only dab on the glass frosted water based paint to the edge.
Fix in the oven. Follow the instructions on the paint. Turn the glass the right way up.
