Necklace with a peace sign

1   Make three rows of beads on beading wire. Length = 75cm.

2   Assemble the three ends in a bead tip with a loop and attach a crimp bead. Squeeze the crimp bead flat.

3   Close the bead tip.

4   Attach an oval ring and a clasp.

5   Attach an oval ring at the other end of the necklace.

6   Cut a piece of brass wire measuring approx. 40cm. Pull 18 dark red Fashion mix beads onto the wire. Pass both wire ends through the same bead at the end.

7   Twist the two ends around the bead as shown in the photo to lock. You can twist it many times, so that the brass wire resembles a bead.

8   Assemble both ends in the middle of the circle.

9   Put five orange Fashion mix beads onto the wire and arrange the ends as shown in the photo.

10   Twist the ends around the bead as shown in the photo. Make “beads” as shown in step 7.

11   Cut off the excess ends.

12   Cut a new piece of brass wire measuring approx. 30cm and secure one end as shown in the photo by twisting it between two beads.

13   First attach a rocaille bead onto the wire, then two orange Fashion mix beads and finally a rocaille bead.

14   Twist again, as shown in the photo.

15   Repeat step 13 by twisting and cutting off the excess wire.

16   Cut a piece of brass wire measuring approx. 60cm and twist it around a mandrel.

17   Twist the entire wire.

18   Cut a piece of brass wire approx. 10cm longer than the spiral and put it inside.

19   Bend and place the ends as shown in the photo.

20   Twist the ends around the upper bead. Cut off the excess.

21   Hold the pendant with one hand and hold the spiral with the other hand. Twist gently.

22   Put the necklace through the spiral and the necklace is ready for use.
